There are 2 kinds of options to play Ultimate Frisbee in Bangalore.
- Find a pickup session where people come together & join that session.
- Join a club & attend their team practice sessions.

At most of these sessions, you can play with almost no stress of needing to play ultra competitive ultimate.

1. Koramangala Ultimate - Koramangala
When: Mondays at 8:30 PM & Thursdays at 8 PM

2. TGIF Ultimate – MG Road
When: Fridays at 8 PM
Where: Bangalore Football Stadium - maps
Hosts: Sloppy Discs (Club)

PS: A Friday night staple since 2019. Large field, wide variety of players and highly welcoming group.
3. Bangalore Ultimate Sessions – Cooke Town
When: Saturdays at 5 PM
Where: Rush Arena, Cooke Town - maps
Hosts: Sumedha & Das

PS: Weekend games run by legends in the Indian Ultimate community. Games range between Beginner and Intermediate level.
4. Bellandur Ultimate
When: Tuesdays at 9pm
Where: BBFS HAL Arena — maps.
Hosts: Phoenix (Club)

PS: Another pickup staple with a good crowd. For peeps that can't get out of the bangalore grid lock! Closer to tech parks.
5. Learning 2 Fly Academy
When: Sundays at 4pm
Where: BBFS HAL Arena - Maps link.
Hosts: Learning To Fly (Club)

PS: Mostly run as hybrid sessions with a mix of drills and game, focused mostly on leveling up your game. Excellent place for Intermediate Ultimate sessions.
6. Aage Chal
When: Wednesday’s at 9pm & Sundays at 6:30pm
Where: SUFC, Ulsoor

PS: A relatively smaller community, but just as fun and intense!
7. Being Ultimate
Where: Communities (apartment complexes)

PS: Although this not a club (but a company), they host family friendly ultimate and other disc sports at communities (apartment complexes) and neighbourhood grounds.
2. Competitive Ultimate: Club Teams
There are roughly 16 teams in Bangalore that play Ultimate in different parts of town.
